Fill in a few lines and get a document you can send to a buyer as-is. Written in the buyer's own language, which changes how you're perceived. Totals are recalculated server-side, so a slipped digit can't cost you money.
The same PI sent to a German buyer in German versus in English does not get the same reply rate. In Germany, the Spanish-speaking markets and the Middle East especially, the buyer reads it as "this supplier has worked our market before."
This tool supports English / 中文 / Español / Italiano / Türkçe as document languages — the whole field set changes, not an English template with translated labels bolted on.
A misplaced digit on a quotation costs real money. So the quantities and unit prices you enter are multiplied and summed again on the server, and what you see is the recalculated figure — not what you typed. Our paid version handles it exactly the same way.

Validity — leave it out and any currency or raw-material move is your problem. Payment terms — state the deposit percentage and what releases the balance. Port — an FOB price without a named port isn't a price.
